Save These Dates! Here are important dates to consider when planning your wedding at Palace Resorts.

  • Confirm the date, resort, and wedding location.
  • Make your ceremony deposit; after, a wedding planner will be assigned to you—and the fun begins.
  • Send invitations and reservation links to give your guests plenty of time to plan.
  • Gather inspiration for your ceremony and reception.
  • Discuss décor and flower ideas with your wedding planner.
  • Research ideas for your wedding cake.
  • Schedule additional events (rehearsal dinner, cocktail hour, brunch, etc.)
  • Determine DJ and lighting package.
  • Book wedding photography.
  • Reserve hair and makeup package.
  • Submit required documentation for Catholic weddings or legal ceremonies, if applicable.
  • Finalize menu selections and cake design and flavor with your wedding planner.
  • Payment of invoice balance in full, including wedding enhancements such as décor, photography, flowers, entertainment, etc.
  • Your wedding planner will introduce you to your on-site wedding coordinator at your hotel to set up a meeting with you at the resort.
  • Check in at your resort
  • Meet with your on-site wedding coordinator to review and revise your wedding details. Please keep in mind cancellations are not permitted once on property.
  • A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to guarantee a reserved service.
  • There is a minimum of three (3) hours per private event.
  • All contact with Palace Resorts or internal suppliers during must be made through your wedding planner.
  • Contact your wedding sales agent with questions related to guestrooms.
  • Contact your wedding planner with questions related to wedding enhancements and/or payment.
  • Your on-site wedding coordinator will handle all final details for your event once at the resort.
  • A $1,000 USD vendor fee applies if you book any outside vendor.
  • If an outside vendor pays for one (1) guestroom for three (3) or more nights at a Palace Resorts property during the event period, the applicable vendor fee will be reduced by 50%.
  • The remainder of your invoice balance is due 45 days prior to your wedding date.
