*Complimentary Room: Wedding Group must reserve a minimum of 10 paid rooms per night for at least 3 nights in order to earn a complimentary room. Rooms must be booked as part of the Group in keeping with the signed room contract. Complimentary nights will be based on the length of stay of the Group, as long as each night has a minimum of 10 rooms paid nightly.
**For every 25 rooms paid nightly, Group will receive one (1) complimentary room (up to 5 rooms). The length of the stay will be determined by the number of rooms booked each night. For every 25 rooms, you will earn the 26th room free (max. of 5 nights total for each complimentary room.)
Each member of the Group staying in any Complimentary Room shall pay $25 USD per person/per night for taxes and service charges. This applies to all Palace Resorts with the exception of the following: Moon Palace The Grand Cancun, Sun Palace, Le Blanc Spa Resort Cancun and Le Blanc Spa Resort Los Cabos, which will incur a fee of $50 USD per person/per night.
The first complimentary room will only be applicable to the Bride & Groom (max. 2 people), based on the Standard Room Category at that Resort. Each subsequent complimentary room can be applied as directed by the Bride & Groom or group representative. Complimentary rooms are subject to availability. This applies to all Palace Resorts properties, except Moon Palace The Grand-Cancun, Sun Palace, Le Blanc Spa Resort Cancun and Le Blanc Spa Resort Los Cabos.
In the event that Complimentary Room (s) are not used during the Group’s stay, the Resort will issue a Future Stay to be used within the following 12 months after the Group Check Out or Wedding Date. The Future Stay can only be used by the Bride and Groom (max. 2 guests, based on the Standard Rate of the Resort). It is not transferable to any third party or any other guest.
***Complimentary Room Upgrade: Bride and Groom will receive one (1) complimentary upgrade to the next room category (up to the Honeymoon Suite or equivalent) with a minimum of 10 paid rooms per night, for a minimum of at least 3 nights. Bookings must be made as part of the group according to the signed group room contract. A maximum of (1) complimentary upgrade will be awarded for every 25 rooms booked (maximum of up to 5 upgrades.) The first upgrade earned can be used only by the Groom & Bride. Additional room upgrades can be applied according to the Groom and Bride or group representative. The upgrade(s) may only be used during the official dates of the group stated in the wedding contract. Unused upgrades may not be used later or redeemed for cash at any time. All upgrades are subject to availability.
The following Blackout Dates apply for the complimentary room and room upgrade: December 24 - December 31, 2023 and 2024. A five (5) night minimum stay will be required for Easter Week (April 2-8, 2023 & March 24–30, 2024) at Moon Palace Cancun, Moon Palace The Grand-Cancun, Moon Palace Jamaica, Beach Palace, Cozumel Palace, and Playacar Palace. A four (4) night minimum stay will be required for Thanksgiving Week (November 18-24, 2023 & November 23-29, 2024) at Moon Palace Cancun, Moon Palace The Grand-Cancun, Moon Palace Jamaica, Beach Palace, Cozumel Palace, and Playacar Palace.
